This website, including all information, tools and services available from this site, is offered by ladecorationmurale.com to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

By visiting this site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.

Our store is hosted on Shopify. They provide us with the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

Article 1: Introduction

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) establish the contractual conditions applicable to any sale concluded between espace-cosmonaute.com and non-commercial individuals. Any purchase constitutes full and complete acceptance of the GTC in force.

Article 2: Price

The prices of all our products are indicated in euros (€) all taxes included excluding participation in processing and shipping costs.
The items will be invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time the orders are registered. They remain the property of Ladecorationmurale.com until full payment of the price.

Article 3: Order and delivery

Ordering process

The ordering process is as follows:
• Choice of items and addition to cart
• Validation of the contents of the basket
• Providing customer information
• Enter delivery information and choose delivery method
• Choice of payment method and acceptance of the T&Cs
• Payment validation
The Customer has the possibility to view during the different stages the details of his order and its total price and to correct any errors. The Customer will receive an order confirmation email following the validation of his order.
 espace-cosmonaute.com remains the owner of the items until full payment of the order, i.e. receipt of the price of the order by espace-cosmonaute.com.
E space-cosmonaute.com reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute regarding the payment of a previous order or who presents any form of risk in its eyes. Validation of the order constitutes acceptance of the prices and description of the items available for sale.

Article 4: Payment

Payment methods

Metropolitan France, Switzerland and Belgium:
The Customer has the choice of payment method among the following:
Bank card (Stripe) and Paypal.
In the event of payment by bank card, the Customer's bank account will be debited upon purchase on the site.

Article 5: Exchange, return and refund

Right of withdrawal

Conditions: In accordance with the legal provisions in force, you have a period of 15 days from receipt of your products to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to provide reasons or pay a penalty. After communicating your decision to exercise your right of withdrawal within this 14-day period, you have another 14 days to return the product(s) concerned by the withdrawal. The cost of return is not taken into account.

Conditions of exchange and return for refund

Returned item(s) must be in their original condition and box
perfectly intact and must not have been used, otherwise the Customer will be responsible for them. Any exchange or return must be the subject of an exchange or return request from the “Contact us” section of the site  espace-cosmonaute.com.
If the Customer's order includes several items and he wishes to return more than one item, he must select during this return request all the items he wishes to exchange or be reimbursed.

Condition of the items

All returned items must be returned in perfect condition.
No returns will be accepted if the returned items have suffered a deterioration in their original condition making them unfit for sale or have been used. If this were the case during an exchange of product(s), Ladecorationmurale.com may exercise all corresponding recovery actions with the Customer. In the same way, if the returned product(s) were not compliant, the refund could not take place.

Refund

In case of refund, the money is returned to the customer's card.
In the event of receipt of a returned package whose contents do not comply with the return request or whose items do not comply with the return conditions mentioned above, Ladecorationmurale.com reserves the right to exercise all corresponding recovery actions with the Customer. The Customer has 14 days from receipt of their returned package to make a complaint. No requests will be accepted after this period. The Customer must send their complaint to contact@espace-cosmonaute.com .

Article 6: Guarantee

Our items offered on Ladecorationmurale.com are subject to the legal guarantee provided for by articles L 217-4 and following of the Consumer Code and to the guarantee of hidden defects provided for by articles 1641 and following of the Civil Code.
The Customer thus has two (2) years to use one or other of these guarantees. For lack of conformity, the period begins from the date of delivery. For hidden defects, the period begins from the date of discovery of the defect.
In the case of an apparent defect, a lack of conformity or a hidden defect of the article, an appraisal will take place. It will be followed, if the defect or fault is proven, by an exchange or repair. In the event of impossibility, espace-cosmonaute.com reserves the right to reimburse the Customer at its own expense.
 espace-cosmonaute.com cannot be held responsible for the misuse and/or abnormal use of the items that the Customer may make of them. Similarly, espace-cosmonaute.com cannot be held responsible for the return of a competing product and/or one not sold on the Site by the Customer. It is the Customer's responsibility to return the correct item.
E space-cosmonaute.com does not offer a commercial guarantee.

Article 7: Liability

E space-cosmonaute.com is responsible for the proper execution of the contract concluded with the Customer. In the event of force majeure, however, we cannot be held responsible for the non-execution of the contract or a defect in its execution.
We are not responsible for hyperlinks that may be displayed on our site and cause harm to the Customer.

Article 8: Reservation of ownership

E space-cosmonaute.com remains the owner of the products until full payment.

Article 9: Intellectual property

All texts, comments, works, illustrations and images reproduced on espace-cosmonaute.com are reserved under copyright and intellectual property law and for the entire world. Any total or partial reproduction of the site of espace-cosmonaute.com is strictly prohibited without prior agreement stipulating otherwise.

Article 10: Mediation

In accordance with Article L. 612-1 of the Consumer Code, the
consumer, subject to article L.612.2 of the French Code
consumption, the right to submit a request for resolution
amicably by way of mediation, within a period of less than one year from
of his written complaint to the professional.

consumption.

Whatever the means of referral used, the request must imperatively
contain :

– A brief statement of the facts. The consumer will specify to the mediator
what he expects from this mediation and why,
– Copy of the prior complaint,
– all documents allowing the processing of the application (form of
order, invoice, proof of payment, etc.)

Article 11: Applicable law

These general terms and conditions of use and sale are subject to French law. In the event of a persistent disagreement over the application, interpretation and execution of these terms and conditions, and in the absence of an amicable agreement, any dispute will be brought before the competent French courts.
